Happy Tuesday, and I hope you all had an enjoyable, safe and relaxing Labor Day. It has been pretty rough this year so you have all deserved that extra day off!

Today kicks off our new 5 part series on Food Safety.  It was a 4 part series until I found out that Chef Robert Irvine will be joining the Tech Chef podcast to close out this series.  Yes, that’s right, Chef Robert Irvine!
